Flights to Ankara:
Ankara is served by the Esenboga International
Airport situated about 27 km from the City Centre. There is
no railway service linking the airport to the city and transport
from here is mainly by public bus, taxi or shuttle services.
The airport is one of the local hubs for Turkish
Airlines, the Country’s national airline. Turkish Airline
offers regular scheduled flights to Ankara from a number of
major cities in Europe including Istanbul, Brussels, Copenhagen,
Berlin, Vienna, Zurich, Munich, Dusseldorf and Amsterdam.
Other airlines operating from the airport are;
Austrian Airlines, Lufthansa, Royal Jordanian, British Airways,
Iran Air and German Wings.
