As
the nation’s capital and one of the largest Cities in Germany,
Berlin has a large selection of designer stores, department stores,
art galleries, factory outlets, second hand stores and markets.
In practically every suburb of the City there is a shopping mall.
Kurfurstendamm:
Kurfurstendamm is one of the City’s main
shopping precincts. Here you will find a seemingly endless
selection of shops selling everything from; the latest fashion,
opticians, music instruments, beauty salons, pharmacies,
memorabilia, sporting goods, furniture, art, cosmetics and antiques.
Berlin Christmas Markets:
Unlike most other German cities, Berlin during
the festive season has a number of Christmas markets. The markets
run from a few weeks prior to Christmas usually from late November
till Christmas Eve.
