The
main airport in Belgium, the Brussels Airport also known as Zaventem
is the busiest in the Country accounting for an average of over
15 million travelers each year. The airport is situated about 13
km from the Brussels City Centre in the suburb of Zaventem. The
airport was built by German forces occupying the Country during
the 2nd World War. The airport has one main four storied terminal
building. Level 0 has a train terminal connecting the airport to
the City centre; Level 1 has a bus and coach terminal; Level 2
is for arrivals and taxi services, Level 3 for departures and Level
4 contains shops, restaurants and cafes.
