Flights to Minsk:
There
are a number of airlines that offer frequent flights to Minsk,
linking the City to major destinations in Europe including; Frankfurt,
Tel Aviv, Milan, Prague, Moscow, Stockholm, London, Paris and Istanbul.
Minsk is served by two main airports. Minsk-1 opened in 1933
and is situated closest to the City Centre now mainly caters
for frequent domestic flights within Belarus.
Minsk-2 or the
Minsk International Airport is situated 42 km from the City
and is the Country’s main airport. The airport is the main
hub for local airline Belavia. Other airlines offering flights
to Minsk are Austrian Airlines, Alitalia, El Al, Lufthansa,
LOT Polish Airlines and Czech Airlines.
