Paris Parks:

Paris is regarded as one of the greenest cities in the world because of its parks and green public spaces. The city has a number of nature parks and botanical gardens that can provide a different angle for you to enjoy your Parisian outdoors experience.

Jardin du Palais Royal: a lovely botanical garden surrounding the Palais Royal in the Paris City Centre.

Park Andre Citroen: a park named in honor of the founder of Citroen Automobiles whose first plant was built at the park’s current location in 1915.

Park of Bercy: opened in 1994, the park occupies a former the grounds of a former winery and is seen as one of the most romantic in the City with its tree-lined walkways and flower gardens.

Bois de Boulogne: a haven for leisure and sporting activities, this park has an array of facilities including; cycling paths, walkways, race track and swimming pool.

Jardin du Luxembourg: situated at the Boulevard St Michel, this park has a pond, fountains and well maintained gardens.

Other notable parks are; Parc Montsouris, Jardin des Plantes, Parc Floral and Parc Montceau.
