The
Tivoli Gardens is one of the oldest surviving amusement parks in
the world having been opened in 1843. The park is a major tourist
attraction for visitors to the Danish Capital; Copenhagen, located
in the City’s Centre. The park hosts a number of music concerts
at its concert hall and has a Pantomime theatre and the Tivoli
Big Band an orchestra providing entertainment for the park’s
visitors.
The Rides:
You can purchase a multi-ride ticket on entry which gives you
unlimited turns at enjoying any of the park’s rides.
The park has 24 rides including extreme rides and more friendly
rides
for the kids to enjoy.
Popular rides are; the demon which was added to the park in
2004 and is the most extreme ride in the park, the old Ferris
wheel and the Spinning top. Tivoli also has a number of fun games
which provide an alternative source of entertainment and souvenir
shops and stalls.
Tivoli also has a wide range of restaurants and eateries from
fast food joints to more elegant choices,. Opening times sometimes
